Before founding Green Team, Carlo worked as an asbestos handler through the Union, gaining hands-on experience in one of the most demanding and highly regulated sectors of the industry. During those years, he developed a strong understanding of safety protocols, technical standards, and the importance of precision in every stage of a project.
